1).SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

All sales,deliveries and services on our part are subject of the following terms.Any conditionsdeviating from our terms are invalid, even if we execute our orders without having objected ti these conditions explicitly.

OFFERS;PRICES AND CONCLUSIONS OF CONTRACTS: 2).In our catalogues and price lists, you will always find cash prices quoted value inclusive value added tax.All offers are subject to alterations.With smaller articles and commodities being ordered, the price valid on the day of delivery is charged.If prices of equipment ordered are raised,we will seek your consent before the execution of the order.Price reductions will be transferred to you immediatly.For valid conclusions of contracts our written confirmation of the order is required.The latter is replaced by delivery and/or invoice.Agreements and deviations from our terms by word of mouth require written form.This also applies to the renunciation of the form requirement.Drawings,illustration,measurements, weights and other production data, particulary in prospectuses,are only binding if there is an explicit written agreement.Such particulars do not constitute any assurances of properties,even if they contain indications of norms,as for instance DIN.


3).GUARANTEE: We offer Product Guarantee customary in our line of business.For cameras and objectives,we grant a total of 3 months.THIS IS IMPORTANT.Please enclose,if guarantee is required,origanal account.Otherwise our dealing with the matter will not be possible. The Company.German-Cameras is not accountable for shipping charges incurred from the return of faulty items.Items may be sent to us for repair at the expense of the customer.The customer will also be billed for shipping when repaired items are returned.This charge will be in accordance with our international shipping rates.


RETURNS and REFUNDS: If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason,you may return it for a refunt of the purchse price (not shipping) less a 10% restocking fee,for 10 days after receipt,so long as the item is returned in the EXACT condition as shipped.A smal scratch,a torn box,missing or opened packaging materials including camera strap or batteries all translatte to no return.Refunds will usually be made within 10 business days of satisfactory receipt of the returned item.If I am aut of town,the matter will hawe to wait until I return to inspect the item.Be sure to insure the returned item.If it is lost or damaget in transit,I will not issue a refund or exchange.Return shipping and insurance is at your expense.Shipping charges will not bi reimbursed under any circumstances.



INSURANCE AND SHIPPING: I suggest the return package be shipped DHL with insurance and delivery confurmation ,however shipping methode is up to you.I insure the package on its way to you.If it is lost or damaged,I will deal with the insurance,and either send a new item,or issue a refund,make the insurance claim and collect the insurance.If you return an item,it is your responsibility to insure it.If the package is lost or damaged on its way back to me for a refund or exchange,you make the insurance claim,collect the claim,and the item is yours.I do not refund or exchange for items lost or damaget in transit back to me.
